Send mail message automatically based on date saved in database in ASP.Net

Hi,

I have some customers records stored in MS SQL DB with their date of birth and other records.

How I can send the birthday wishes to them automatically without having user interaction or any event on the date of birth stored in DB ?

Please suggest me some solution except windows service.
