My project is About Automatic Number plate recognition.

Help me either i can Perform OCR by c# or by ASP.NET or not?? if can please guide me.

I have to store extracted text in DB for later operation

Follow the article step by step. You dont need to download the dll. You need to add the reference in the Microsoft Office Document Imaging Library in your project.
