jquery Datatable implementation from database

I want to implement datatable from mysqldatabase and there should be following operation could be done on jquery datatable:

1.sorting on each column

2.showing column total in footer

3.pagination

i m newbie to datatable and jquery ajax so please provide reference for this kind of problem
