Hi Madhumitha,
Refer the below article and you have to export in Excel 2007/2010 file format (.xlsx) which allows you to export 1048576 rows in a sheet.
Refering the below link i have created sample to export in multiple sheet. Here i have taken each 10 rows in a sheet, in your case you have to take 65000 rows.
