Force Browser to reload latest JS and CSS files in ASP.Net

I want to move images from the client site , which has been modifeied(annotated) by the client to a file on the server. 

What is happening is when i debugg the applictaion , it is running n older vs of the js file. with a .js[dynamic] tag and i have tried to delete the old js file from the project and also cleared the cache. But it still wont run the new Js file.
