Drag and drop textbox using jquery

I am working on the page where i have 2 panels. In that, one panel is comletely blank (as a dropbox) and another panel contatins a textbox where i can type anything and want to drag and drop into the another panel (in dropbox). But main thing is after droping that textbox the position of that droped textbox will not change but appear another textbox at the position from where i draged frist textbox. Same for second, third,.... And finally wann get the contents in the textbox that i droped in that panel.

Plese suggest me, can i use another way or another language  or it may be fine with jscript. Actually i tried in asp.net using ajax also.
