I have got Lot many of solutions for this question and also that error was causes for different questioners for different reasons. I confused with these solutions and not understand which would be the solution to my problem.
I have tried most of them but it seems not working :-(.

Just reset IIS server from command promt by using command as "iisreset". It works for me..
