Uploading Pictures and Images to Database and then retrieving it in ASP.Net

Hello sir, i am using asp.net and vb.net code. Simply the Picture as Binarydata will be saved, but with in that INSERTION code i am using, drop down lists, and other controls, how to insert image in such a form. as that is an Admission form and it has picture.... and retrieve that form along with picture...
