How to call web service in Windows Mobile 8

Hey please help me,

I am stuck here,

I have created all things right but in Windows 8 OS,

In visual studio 2013, by using IIS or something else, there is a method to get result??

but I am getting this error:

An exception of type 'System.ServiceModel.CommunicationException' occurred in System.ServiceModel.ni.dll but was not handled in user code

my code is running perfect on windows 7 but dont know whta is going wrong in windows 8,

there are some updates but I dont know,

so please help me
