Dynamically insert ListItems to DropDownList based on TextBox value using C# and VB.Net in ASP.Net

i have a textbox and a dropdownlist. If i put 3 in textbox then in dropdownlist there will add 3 itemlists like RowNo.1,Rowno. 2 and RowNo. 3.

Please help me as soon as possible
