Highlight Gridview Row if exceeds the required row count using jQuery in ASP.Net

I solved my issue this way,

function HighLight() {
            var requiredrow = $("#<%=txt1.ClientID %>").val();
            var gv = $("#<%=GridView1.ClientID %> tr:not(:first)");
            gv.each(function () {
                var row = $(this).closest("tr");
                
                if (row.index() > requiredrow) {
                    row.css({
                        "background-color": "#5CB85C"
                    });
                }
                else {
                    row.removeAttr("style");
                }
            });            
        }
