Upload image in my application from mobile camera

Sir,

     I develop a code for mobile application , This application work in online and ofline mode both using HTML5 and JQuery,Json. But in may application i have a problem when i capturing a image by mobile camera. I got image from mobile camera but i want to save into my database from client machine and i want ro save into my browser localstorage if offlile mode.

So if you have some code for that then please provide me ass soon as possible...
