SQL Server database is read only Error

In my project I am using IIS V5.1  , and Microsoft Visual studio 2008....... i have used visual studio's Sqlserver,  and LOCATION as  http  .......

I cant insert any data at any tables.. whenever I tries to insert data an error message shown that database is read only ........plaese help................
