List PDF files in a directory with hyperlink to that file in ASP.Net

I have a web in ASPNETVB code and there is a folder named POLICY and there are pdf files in it i want to display the list of files in a aspx file with hyperlink so that the files listed can be opened

my folder is in my web folder named policyi solved it by changing the aspx file location into policy folder then it works fine the hyperlink is also opening the pdf files in that folder
