Create Thumbnail of Uploaded Image or Picture in ASP.Net

I am using a fileupload tool and an asp button. I want to upload image using fileupload, save it in a folder named images in my website and create its thumbnail view on the same page using VB. please suggest complete behind code as soon as possible.
