How to connect to Windows Phone Emulator from Windows 8

I have mounted web service in my local computer by adding wsdl web reference,

I am using visual studio 2013, windows phone 8,

so how to connect to emulator from Windows 8??

I have done all methods from internet but not helpful.

because localhost is not working on windows 8, it returns system.servicemodel.ni.dll exception

its urgent..please help!!
