I am using VS2019 and it has GitHub references at bottom of screen.

How do I completely remove all references to github from vs2019 and Re-Install to work correctly.

Thanks

Hi kevinf,

  1. Go to your project folder directory.
  2. From Menu click View tab-> Options.
  3. Select Change folder and search options.
  4. From Folder options dialog Select the View tab.
  5. Under File and Folders select the Show hidden files, folder, and drives.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Then delete the .git folder.
  8. Re-open you Visual Studio.
