Assign value to FileUpload control in ASP.Net

Hello, I need your help.

I want to set the default value to the FileUploader Control. Unfortunately due to browser security, this is prevented, but some people have done that. I don't know with which way they have achived that. Pls help me to set value to a fileuploader control through visual basic 2010 or c#.
