While uploading the excelsheet into database;

rollno(10 digit) will automatically generated i.e 2014080001 and the roll no will be incremented as per the no. of data inserted......

My database parametes are :-slno,rollno,name,fname,mname,address,email,phone

Sir i m uploading the excelsheet here...and there is no column of "rollno" in the excelsheet.I want to generate the 10 digit rollno(2014080001) automatically as per the data present in the excelsheet.And it is auto incremented.Plz help me..
