form data come as a pdf and will be shown on browser

i have a employee registration form on my website , which has name field , contact no. field , address and that form also has fileUpload control for uploading of employee image , when he submit that form after fill up then , employee information with there uploaded image will come up on browser and that page also has , print option for there registration pdf.
