update the Registry keys from the Visual Studio while setup project

hai all,

I have a problem setup and deployment which is i unable to update the registry keys(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE) in visual studio while installation and i able to modify values in my local machine (Registry Editor),can anyone help me out???
