I have multiple rectangles in SVG.I want to assign name to each rectangle dynamically from SQL.Is there any tool/library/plugin/method available to achieve this requirement?

I have multiple rectangles in SVG with name hardcoded as SVG text.I want to replace the name of each rectangle with the name in SQL table
