How to show Hour and minutes with AM PM in SQL Server

I want to show like 03:34 PM or 03:34 AM my above query doing that but the problem is from database it is not showing exact time. in the table Column Start Date has value 3: 45 pm but showing 4:45 PM

SELECT FORMAT(getdate(), 'hh:mm tt') AS CarrierDeliveryStartDateHour
