Trace httpClientHelper service request in ASP.Net

I am having WebAPI service hosted in IIS. I am invoking that service from asp.net application using HttpClientHelper Class to receive the response.

I am using fiddler to trace the request but service invoked using HttpClientHelper is not captured in fiddler. Is there any other way to capture the service invoked using httpclienthelper class. thanks in advance.
