Hi. I had previously asked the same question with the link

The solution given in the link is not appropriate as I am still getting duplicate entries in my sql sever.

Please help as it is very crucial for me to eliminate the duplicate entries.

Hi Mudassar,

I have checked the code, after inserting in the database it is redirected to home page and even if you click on back button, you will automatically get a issue number which is incremented by one.

I dont think browser refresh has to do anything with this.
