Http Error: 500.19 - Internal Server Error in ASP.Net

Hi,

I have develped my application using ASP.Net 3.5 Framework using vs 10 and SQL Server 2008. 

The application runs fine on IIS with having any error.

But when I have host it to my VPS using Windows Server 2012 r2 under IIS, I am getting the following Error: "Http Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error". 

I had google a lot but, I am unable to figure it out.
