Display different events in Calendar in ASP.Net

I need to display a calendar in my website which shows different sort of Events when clicked on particular date. My database has start date and end date, news title and news brief. I just want to display news Title on that date and then provide a link to that news brief in different page. How can I do this. Please provide me any idea or any form of code. I will rework on it.
