Security Exception On importing data from Excel sheet to SQL Server on Godaddy

I am sure nothing wrong in the code as it works fine on localhost, it is problem in configuration with godaddy. and godaddy support isn't offering any help !!.

Thanks for help, but it seems that Godaddy does not support accessing information from an Excel sheet to their database for SHARED Hosting. So I have changed entire code to import from CSV and its WORKING. In GoDaddy, You can import a CSV file into a MS SQL database, but not a .XLSX file
