How to implement CheckBox in WebGrid in ASP.Net MVC

hi all,

i am new to asp.net MVC..

i am using webgrid to fill the employee details using mvc...and i am giving checkbox column to that webgrid....

now, is there any chance to validate, when to check boxes are checked.... i mean when one row checkbox is checked then checkboxes of all rows has to be disabled....

is there any chance??... plz help...
