Pass additional parameter to Generic Handler when using jQuery Uploadify Plugin in ASP.Net

I am using this snippet :

Now there in handler at this line :

tempPath = System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["FolderPath"];

I dont want to read path from web.config , instead i would like to pass the parameter while calling this handler in jquery , at this point :

I want to pass the url from here to the handler.
