How to add header to checkbox which is invisible

Hello,

As per your suggestion I added checkAll checkbox to my solutions 

and make it invisble but 

I want to add Header text to that column 

as u suggested that make check all checkbox invisible 

i did the same due this my col header name is alos gets invisible
