Download SQL Server 2008 R2 Management Studio Express

I am having a problem in installing the sql server r2.

While installing i got one instruction document about how to install it.

In that, my system did not show Database Management steps in that.

Can any one give me link a to download the sql server 2005 or sql server 2008.
