Regular Expression Validator to validate Valid Internet URL format

hi....

I want to validate Internet URL..in Regular expression validation....

But it should accepts..followings..

1.www.hdfcbank.com

2.www.hdfcbank.com/123

3.http://www.hdfcbank.com

4.https://www.hdfcbank.com

should not accept

1.hdfc.com

2.http://www.hdfcbankcom (without dot(.))

Can u help me...\?
