Hi,

Ref : http://www.aspsnippets.com/Articles/Capture-Image-Photo-from-Web-Camera-Webcam-in-ASPNet-using-C-and-VBNet.aspx

The above solution is perfectly working when I run the application from visual studio 2013, but when I deployed the same application on my local IIS as well as on godaddy hosting server, on the click of capture, either the image is not capturing or it is not showing in the captured image window. Why is this happening ?

Hi Andrea, Thanks for the reply. The link you have given is showing to add below code in web.config

<add name="CaptchaImage" verb="GET" path="CaptchaImage.axd" type="MSCaptcha.CaptchaImageHandler, MSCaptcha"/>

But what to add exactly for webcam to work on server ?

The above link and this one, both the issues were happening because of same thing. Some folder permissions have to set on godaddy hosting server.

Thanks.
