I am a newbie of the ASP.NET, but for sure with your help I will improve a lot!
My problem is related to the “new” authentication settings of the email provider!
I developed, following this article https://www.aspsnippets.com/Articles/How-to-create-Contact-Us-Page-in-ASPNet.aspx, a “Contact Us” page for my internet site.
Everything works perfectly (apparently), but when I am going to set up all the parameters of the email address I want to use for this service, the server returns this error:
System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException
The provider is Aruba.it (Italian Provider) and specifically the error is:
System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException - The remote certificate was not considered valid by the validation procedure.
There are some other settings to implement into the code for solve this problem?
Someone can help me?
