Hi setwell,

The netstandard.dll reference assembly is not loade.

To resolve the error you will need to install it from nuget.

Use the following command in package manager console.

Install-Package NETStandard.Library -Version 2.0.0

Error: Could not load file or assembly netstandard, Version=2.1.0.0
