I have a file containing Contact Numbers and i want to upload all contacts from Excel sheet to MySQL database table at once. How can i achieve this in ASP.NEt ?

While reading data from Excel Sheet i am getting following error:

The Microsoft Office Access database engine cannot open or write to the file ''. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view and write its data.

Can anyone help me to solve this?
