SQL Database hide and show query and row

Hi there  where i can find this code to hide and show  query or row  using database   MySQL  

like i want to  give permission to a movie  or user  like   Enable or Disable    using  combobox and checkbox   listview  

could you guys  code this for me please  

Checkbox - Enable 

Combobox - select user  or movie to enable or disable
