How to calculate percentage with string containing percentage symbol (%) in ASP.Net

No, Dharmaendr there is not a problem on that line.

i got the error on this line , like Input string is not in a correct format.

decimal TaxAmount = Convert.ToDecimal(Qtax.ToString());

so please suggest me how to rectify the error on my quoted line.

If your Qtax.ToString() is 101.00% then replace the % for calculation.

Convert.ToDecimal(Qtax.ToString().Replace("%", string.Empty));
