ASP.Net Error: The type x exists in both a.dll and b.dll

hi,

i have Published my webSite on localhost, i am Using Asp.Net 2.0, Windows 7,

iis 7.

When i runs site in Browser then login page Appears after then user should be Redirected to MainForm.aspx,

Bt when User enter login Information and Clicks the Signin Button then Following Error occurred while redirecting to MainForm.aspx Page
