making controls visible invisible on client side based on condition

1. You don't need hidden control

as before it there is another functionality which fires

& that functionality has teh datbase

the flow  currently is

1 )grid header clciked

javascript function is activated for getting header name & the screen position

& a button click event is fired

2) in the button click event there is  the code for getting condition from databse depending on the user cell header click

3) once i get the condition i need the controls visible true / false

so if i put the the code for getting condition from databse in web method  the button click event

You cannot have half AJAX and half Non AJAX

You need to make the button click also AJAX using WebMethod
