Need some help while designing Address filling Form in ASP.Net

i need your help..

my question is ..

in my form  age:  first name : last name ; i put it..

label: text box ok..

but one more line address : text box is there..

my question is  

for address purposes  which one should i take...

can i take text box..

i took text box..

normally address means..

ad-1 , gandhi street, 

mondal, housno-52  

like this way people will enter

but i took text box na 

ad-1 , gandhi street, mondal, housno-52  

if i enter values are comming like above..

i need  

one,

two ,

three, 

five 

but not 

one,two,three, five like in address how can achieve ...
