How to disable Buttons inside or outside Update Panel using jQuery

I want to disable all the buttons, half of them inside an update panel and the rest buttons are outside of an update panel. Now if clicked on any button I want to disable all buttons.

window.onbeforeunload = DisableButtons;

if (prm != null) {
    prm.add_endRequest(function (sender, e) {
        if (sender._postBackSettings.panelsToUpdate != null) {

        }
    });
};

function DisableButtons() {
    var inputs = document.getElementsByTagName("INPUT");
    for (var i in inputs) {
        if (inputs[i].type == "button" || inputs[i].type == "submit") {
            inputs[i].disabled = true;
        }
    }
}
function EnableButtons() {
    var inputs = document.getElementsByTagName("INPUT");
    for (var i in inputs) {
        if (inputs[i].type == "button" || inputs[i].type == "submit") {
            inputs[i].disabled = false;

Hi @Saurav, Please try the following Show JavaScript Alert Message when using AJAX UpdatePanel in ASP.Net It might help you. Cheers Andrea.
