Match only Date Part in DateTime field in WHERE clause SQL Server

I have a column in data table whose data type is datetime, and data stored in it is like (2015-07-13 19:13:14.353)

I wonna search on this column with following command:

select * from errorlog where logdate between '2015-07-13' and '2015-07-13'

but its not working. how can i convert datetime data type to smalldatetime as my parameter coming from backend is in smalldatetime format.
