Auto refresh MySQL query in specific interval

I have MYSQL database where data is logging in every second. I need to take this data. My problem is I need to refresh the database every second, otherwise it may not show the actual data. How can i refresh the mysql database automatically OR refresh the database each time a query is made.? Anyone please help
