Sending International(i.e. out side india) SMS using C# in ASP.Net

Hi

I am trying to send SMS from C# web application using your below article but when I try to register at Site2SMS it is asking for my cell no and only indian cell no are allowed there.

Could you please tell how we can send sms out side india.
