i was using above directions to add msg sending feature in my website. m placing that .dll file in the root folder but error is coming that

"using ASPSnippets.SmsAPI;" namespace not available. plzz help me as soon as possible. m beginner to asp.net (c#). thank u.

1. Paste the DLL the in the BIN folder.

2. Right Click the BN folder and click Add Reference and select the file in BIN folder
