Assign value to Label on TextBox focus in ASP.Net

Dear Mr. Dharmendr,

Demo is as per the requirment. However I need to run this code on focus, please guide how to handle it, should change javascript or something else.

Why you need to run the other code on focus of the textbox. It may create the problem wherever you make cursor or tab on textbox it will execute the server code but same time focus on the textbox will Get lost. Again if you try to type on same textbox it will execute the same server method again your cursor position will get lost.

You can try it on lost focus so once you enter the rate you can calculate or run other part as that time you need to focus on same textbox.

Basically, I need to show balance qty in a lable when user got focus on text box. 

Then try it to add code on LostFocus of txtRate as if you execute any serverside code on focus of txtrate then each time server code will get execute whenver you make click on texbox or focus on it so you will not able to type as every time server side code will get execute infinite time whenver you press the key on txtRate. Better you use to show on Lost focus of txtRate.
