i want to fetch data from database which is last inserted or updated only those data and want to bind in repeater is this possible

If the ID AutoIncrement Column If yes after insert you can return the Id from Stored Procedure to code and then use that Id to fetch the record Refer hereGetting ID of the newly inserted record in SQL Server Database using ADONet
