The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint FKHDTicketAssignmentsHDTechnicians The conflict occurred in database BenchmarkConformance table dboHDTechnicians column TechnicianIDThe statement has been terminated   i am getting this error how to solve this error

This means  TechnicianID column of HDTechnician not mach with TechnicianId column of HDTicketAssignmentsif you created foreign key relationship on table then value of that column must match with other table
